The room was clean, the sheets felt fresh, i had NO complaints. It was a simple, comfortable stay and everything was just as it should be.

Booked through RIU and check-in went smooth. My info was already in the system and the front desk found my booking really fast, which was such a relief after a long trip. Room keys were ready in just a few minutes and the staff explained the basics without dragging it out too much. Check-out was fine too, just a little slower. There was a small line and only one person helping at first, so it took maybe 15 mins or so. Not a huge deal, just could’ve been a bit quicker. Overall tho, good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ll admit I’m usually the type to focus on what’s not great, so I was expecting to get bored at some point, but the riu activities actually kept me entertained most of the time. The pool games were funny and the night shows were really good. There were a few moments that felt a bit repetitive, but overall the entertainment team really put in the effort and made the stay feel fun.

We used our RIU Class points and they did come in handy, got us a better room and even late checkout... nice little bonus for coming back again

Our wheelchair-accessible room was ready when we arrived, which made such a difference. Traveling can feel stressful when you’re worried about whether the room will actually work for your needs, but the staff were so kind and helped us a lot. It made us feel cared for and much more at ease during the stay.

Got my room booked with no problem at all. what more can you ask for? It was quick, easy, and everything went smoothly.

From what I remember, some of the meals were actually good, but after a while the buffet started to feel a bit boring. A few times the food wasn’t as hot as I would’ve liked either, which stood out to me. Overall, it was fine, just not something I’d be excited about every day

We ended up using the spa twice while staying at RIU, it was a really nice way to unwind. The massage put me in a better mood for sure, not the best one I’ve ever had, but still good and definitely worth doing. The sauna and pool area felt clean, calm, and easy to relax in, which was exactly what I wanted. The staff were friendly too, which always helps. My only small gripe was that the booking times were a bit limited, so it took a little planning.

I’ll admit, the bar staff were really nice and the drinks were actually good. It did take a bit longer when it got busy, which was a little frustrating, but overall we were happy with the service.

I had to cancel my booking at the last minute and was feeling mentally drained, so I was expecting the whole thing to be a hassle. But it actually went really smoothly. The cancellation steps were clear on the site, and my refund came back quicker than I thought it would. No chasing, no long email back-and-forth. I really appreciated how riu handled it...

The place was in really good shape. Our room and the pool area were always clean, and I noticed the staff taking care of small fixes quickly. It’s one of those things that just makes sense, when a place is looked after, you feel more comfortable staying there. Overall, it felt clean, cared for, and easy to enjoy...

The kids had a really good time, and the staff was super kind, which made the trip feel easy from the start. The only downside was that it felt a little busy at times, so we had to be patient here and there. Still, it was a smooth family outing overall, and everyone left happy.

Most of the staff were friendly and smiled, which I appreciated. But once we had paid, I felt a bit less confident about the whole experience. Check-in was rushed, and one person came off a little cold when we asked a few questions. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just not as warm or welcoming as I was expecting.

The bed was comfy enough overall. There was something about it... not super luxurious or anything, but I slept fine and didn’t have any real complaints.

I booked the airport transfer through riu.com because I usually trust RIU and have had good experiences with them, so I figured it would be the easiest option. It did work out in the end, but we ended up waiting around 35 minutes and the instructions weren’t super clear. The driver was nice once we got going, which helped, but I expected it to be a bit smoother from a brand I normally stick with. Not a bad experience, just a little disappointing.

I had a question about my booking i wish I’d just reached out sooner instead of overthinking it. They replied faster than I expected, gave me a clear answer, and sorted everything out without any annoying back and forth. Happy with the service

Stayed at a RIU hotel, and the Wi-Fi was much better than I thought it would be. I’m not sure if it depends on which building or floor you’re in, but for us it worked in the room, the lobby, and even out by the pool most of the time. I had to check a few emails while we were there, so it was nice not dealing with constant disconnects or slow loading. Happy with it overall.

I stayed at riu i was expecting a little more for what we paid. The room was okay, and the food was average, but some parts of the place feels kind of dated. Nothing was really terrible, but for the money, I think there are better options out there. Overall, it felt a bit overpriced to me

We stayed with RIU and the location was just what we needed. The beach, shops, and loads of places to eat were all close by, so we weren’t constantly having to grab taxis. It made everything feel so much easier and more relaxed. The area felt safe too, and I’d definitely stay there again

I stayed at a RIU resort recently, and overall it just had a really nice feel to it. It wasn’t overly fancy or anything, but it was clean, comfortable, and pretty much exactly the kind of place you hope you’ve picked for a relaxing trip.

The pool area had good energy, with music playing and people enjoying themselves, and the staff were friendly in a way that felt natural. Everyone was saying hi or checking in here and there, so it gave the place a welcoming kind of atmosphere.

Even at night, it was fun without feeling too loud or chaotic. Just a solid holiday mood all around, really. I’d probably book through RIU again without overthinking it.
